Tips for Faster Progression
1. Don't wait for the ball to get in a position where you are comfortable with. Jump sooner or from different angles while still trying to hit the ball hard.
2. If you are doing this properly, you should miss a lot of shots and get more consistent over time.

3. Spend every day warming up before playing online games

3. Air Dribble Setups
Map: Any
How: Keep setting yourself up with an air dribble, stay close to the ball and maintain control. Land and go directly to the closest wall to attempt it again
Why: If you only use training packs for air dribbles, you will struggle to set up your shots in-game
Guidelines:
- Once you have a good setup, drop to the ground and attempt another one
- Do not air dribble the ball, just position yourself as if you would

Why: Introduction to advanced aerial control, once you get more consistent then move on to drill 6
Guidelines:
- Pick a goal of successful attempts
- Hold Air roll 100% of the time
- Pick a point to land and if you miss, reset your targeted goal of attempts

Why: There are many situations where a squishy save can be more beneficial than a normal save. Only do this in game if you are super confident
Guidelines:
- As you improve, increase the difficulty by giving yourself less time to react
- If you miss the ball, continue until you hit your target number of successful reps
