3 - 2 - 1 Review (Most Effective)
Play 3 Games
You want to pick a game mode that you want to improve in; 3 games, the same playlist
Playing ranked is preferred. Typically more competitive; provides better replays to review

Takes about
1.5 Hours
Watch 2 Replays
You now have 3 games to choose from; pick 2. You should choose 2 games that you feel you performed the worst on. Review your replay and find mistakes that you made; take notes!

Pick 1 Mechanic
Based on your replay, find a key moment where you messed up, if it was mechanical, go into freeplay and train it!
If you notice yourself missing the ball a lot, train consistency; whiffing aerials? train aerials, bad flicks? Train flick etc.
1 - 1 - 1 Review (Fastest)
Use the Same Tips as Above but only complete 1 of each
This takes less time and is less effective; but still super effective compared to doing nothing!
Takes about
1 Hour
Play 1 Game

Watch 1 Replay

Pick 1 Mechanic
Recommended training time for each mechanic is between 20 - 30 minutes. For both 3 - 2 - 1 and 1 - 1 - 1 Reviews
